This one’s a little different for us.
It started with a customer request — and a flavour we weren’t too familiar with.
We set ourselves the challenge of translating its iconic features… the contrast of textures, the creamy richness of pistachio, and that indulgent, layered feel — into a 15cenchi way. Simple, gluten-free, muted in sweetness, but still indulgent.
After plenty of brainstorming (and tasting), our Dubai Chocolate Basque Cheesecake was born — smooth, chocolatey, and laced with pistachio cream, with a satisfying crunchy texture that nods to the original.
