We’re celebrating the Moon Festival with our favourite, our take on Moon Cake, Salter Egg Mochi Basque Cheesecake. Our original Basque cheesecake is folded with golden salted egg custard for a flavour that’s even more custard-ey, creamy, and indulgent than the original. Finished with a soft layer of mochi, it’s rich, chewy, and absolutely mouth-watering.
• Size: 7.5 cm (3 inch) diameter – perfect for an individual indulgence or sharing between two.
