Hojicha is Japanese roasted green tea harvested in autumn. It is high roasted to 180c and almost decaf. Traditionally an after dinner tea, enjoy the roasted nutty, caramelised aroma.
These nylon tea bags can be enjoyed both hot and cold brew.
Origin
This premium tea is from a family owned green tea farm in Shizuoka, Japan. They have been harvesting and producing only the best quality green tea for over a century.
Brewing guide
- 1 tea bag per 500 ~ 750ml
- Steep for 1-2 mins in 95-100 C water
- Keep in a cool, dry place out of sunlight
