experience the delectable textures of our 15cenchi cheesecake, infused with the exquisite flavour of umami-rich matcha green tea. We have sourced a "single-origin" matcha from Yame, located in the historic tea-producing region of Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. Yame matcha, renowned for its harmonious balance of umami with sweetness, bitterness, and a vibrant matcha colour when baked, sets our cheesecake apart from other matcha varieties like Uji and Kagoshima. what's more, our cheesecakes are gluten-free, making them an excellent choice for those with gluten sensitivities.
***please note that all tea-flavoured cheesecakes may exhibit some discolouration due to the tea oil reacting with the aluminium cake tin, which is not harmful to the body. Furthermore, each of our cheesecakes is handmade, so the actual product may appear different from the photo, but rest assured that every cake is freshly baked and delicious.
